Order Processing & Shipping Time:

Please note that we take 10-15 business days to produce your custom box order once you have confirmed your order with us. Once your order is all set to go, we will deliver it within 3-5 business days. You can also select the option of rush or expedited order. The rush order generally takes 6-8 business days, including shipping time.

However, shipping time may vary based on several factors, including your location and the shipping carrier used. The quantity of your order can also impact delivery time. Some orders are processed and delivered faster, while others may require a few additional days depending on their complexity and nature.

We are partnered with reliable shipping carriers so your orders can be delivered safely and on time. Here is the list of shipping carriers we use:

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking ID of your order. This will help you to track your shipment progress in real time. 

Important Note: Although we take it as our priority to deliver your order on time, a delay can be caused by unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions. 

Refund & Return Policy

At Custom Rigid Boxes, we prioritize every task and aim to provide high-quality customized boxes based on customers’ needs. If a client finds their product to be faulty, it is must for them to inform us within 3 working days. 

Note: This condition only applies to defective products.

Company’s Responsibility for Damaged Goods

• If the company is at fault, we will take full responsibility and reprint the entire order.
• The customer must return the full order to us within 7 business days.
• The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer.
• Proof of the defective products (such as a clear digital photo) must be provided.
• Once we receive and review the returned items, we’ll analyze the defect.
• Our final decision regarding the defect will be considered binding.

Client-Side Defects

• If the defect is due to the customer’s fault and a refund is requested:
  • The customer must return the entire order.
  • The refund will be processed after deducting shipping, setup, printing, and billing costs.

Order Cancellation

• Once the proof is approved, the order is sent to production.
• Customers have a 4-hour window to cancel the order without penalty.
• If canceled after processing, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
• Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order will be charged 50% of the total payment to cover wasted resources and time.
